Introduction to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), ABC Model, and cognitive restructuring.
Module 6 – Practice, Observation & Supervision
Live case discussions, counselling observations, role plays, supervised practice sessions, and expert feedback.
